Our first cleaning visit is a deep clean or “catch-up” cleaning. Before we can begin regularly scheduled cleaning of your facility, there are a variety of first-time tasks that require extra time and effort. There’s a big difference between “old” dirt and “new” dirt. If we don’t get rid of the old dirt, no matter how hard we try, simply removing new dirt isn’t going to make your facility sparkling. It’s not uncommon for us to spend from four to eight times longer on a first-time cleaning then it takes us on regular, repeat maintenance visits.
Perhaps no one has vacuumed behind or under the office sofa for months. Bookshelves, baseboards and window sills are prime candidates for long periods of neglect, and may require extra initial “TLC.” Office cabinet tops, breakroom countertops, break room refrigerators, and restrooms usually require extra attention on our first visit.
If we don’t spend the time and effort to get the restroom stalls, walls and doors, other bathroom surfaces, and floors thoroughly cleaned, these objects won’t look really clean no matter how often we visit. This cleaning saves you a substantial amount of money in the long run because we won’t need to spend as much time with your normal cleaning.

We are fully insured and bonded and we provide those certificates of insurance with our detailed quote that we will present to you. It is important to work with companies that are licensed, insured and bonded to make sure you protect your business and its assets.

We carry General Liability insurance and Workman Compensation coverage. This is to protect you against damaged property or injury to person while our staff is on your property performing office cleaning janitorial cleaning services.

Med Sterile Clean is a locally owned business that offers a personal touch. We know how important it is to you if something goes wrong to have a person to return your calls. At Med Sterile Clean you get a return call on every call you make. The good part here is that you will get that personal touch you deserve by speaking to one of our service managers and not a random person who can’t address your concern.

The only thing you need to do is allow us to gain access to your business. You will provide us with a key and a security code to your alarm, which makes things much easier for our staff. But by no means does someone need to be present for us to complete the job. Most of our cleanings before or after business hours for your convenience.

Yes at Med Sterile Clean we strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with any or all of the cleaning we provide, please call or email our office within one day of your cleaning and we’ll be glad to come out and fix the problems.

Even though we strive to maintain our relationships for the long term, we understand that certain circumstances may arise where that may not be possible. In that case, a customer may elect to cancel their contract with thirty (30) days written notice via.

All of our payments are received electronically via credit card or if necessary business check. Any company making payments via credit card will be put on automatic recurring payments. This is required of all our customers! You will receive a monthly invoice and be emailed a receipt after every recurring payment. All cleaning payments are prepaid.

Yes this is the easiest of all ways for us to access the business. Most of our clients provide us with a key that we keep in a safe here in our office. Those keys are only sent out on the day of your scheduled visit, and then returned later that day upon completion of the schedule. We understand it takes time to trust a new company that is doing work for you but, rest assured all of our cleaning professionals are background checked and we are insured and bonded.

We do require a one year contract but it is more like a gentlemen’s agreement. You can cancel your one year cleaning contract at any time with a (30) written notice or via email.

Absolutely! If you are not satisfied with any cleaning visit we will dispatch a supervisor to rectify any problem immediately and credit that cleaning on your next invoice. If you aren’t happy, we don’t get paid! When you invest in quality office cleaning, you will get nothing less that QUALITY every time!

Med Sterile Clean operates 365 days a year, and much of our office cleaning is done after normal business hours. Tell us your timing requirements, and we'll work to accommodate your schedule.

We normally do not clean on the following holidays because most facilities are closed. But if your business is not closed and you have cleaning needs we will arrange to have your cleaning completed just like any other day.

A Med Sterile representative will discuss your expectations, priorities and budget, then measure your cleanable square footage and review the condition and layout of your facility. Using that information the consultant will create a detailed and tailored proposal for you. Pricing is based on ISSA industry standard rates for the services included in your Detailed Plan. Be wary of janitors who give you a price without seeing your facility and talking with you about your needs.

There are many ways, including a simple telephone call or email to your quality assurance manager or you may log into our website if you prefer. Our professional cleaners are notified electronically with anything that pertains to your account. We usually send a notice or call you to arrange a different day to clean your house.

Certainly we do provide cleaning services that are above and beyond the normal cleanings. However, in order for us to make time to fit those into our schedules we need at least one week notice prior to the cleaning you would like these tasks performed. This notice will allow us the time to fit this into the schedule. Some of the additional task may also require an additional fee.

Med Sterile Clean is recognized for its green cleaning programs through the Cleaning Industry. We clean all of our buildings using many green certified chemicals and green cleaning processes.

Med Sterile believes that creating a cleaner, healthier environment and providing an eco-friendly commercial cleaning program are compatible goals. Med Sterile recommends Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide (AHP) as a hospital-grade disinfectant that uses hydrogen peroxide as its active ingredient and is very effective at killing germs. The color-coded microfiber towels and mop pads use up to 90% less cleaning solution than cotton clothes and can be washed and reused up to 500 times. HEPA filtration vacuums help improve air quality by capturing airborne particles as small as .3 microns. A flat mopping system with self-dispensing bucket uses less water and cleaning solution than a traditional string mop and bucket and reduces cross-contamination.

A basic or “regular” commercial cleaning program includes dusting and wiping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom disinfection and trash removal. Your Med Sterile Detailed Plan can be customized to meet your needs. If your facility needs extra services, you can supplement your office cleaning program with carpet cleaning, hard floor care, window cleaning, and other specialty services.

You might think that the HealthSheild Disinfecting electrostatic technology is something that only medical offices need. But the fact is that everyone wants and needs a germ free and healthy facility. The HealthSheild technology provides 100% Uniform coverage and kills 99.9% of bacteria including “super bugs” like Influenza, MRSA, H1N1 and HIV-AIDS. We use VitalOxide® which is an EPA Registered Hospital Disinfectant. Eco Friendly, Odor Eliminator and mold and mildew killer.

Cleaning carpets is simply that – removing dirt and stains from your carpet. Initially we detail vacuum followed by a mist application of our cleaning solution. After a short waiting period we use our carpet machine that brushes the carpet strands, loosening dirt and debris; A steam extraction follows with pulling debris from your carpet.
Finally, a microfiber bonnet removes any remaining debris and leaves your carpet looking and smelling clean. As you can see from our stepped approach we really want to make sure we have taken every possible step to give you the cleanest possible carpets.

Although we will always customize our cleanings to meet our client’s specific needs we do have a few levels of cleaning to start from. We have 5 different types of cleaning, which we call the “Efficient Clean”, “Detailed Clean”, “Full Medical Detailed Clean”, “Full Deep Clean” and our “Quarterly Deep Clean”.

“Efficient Clean”

During the “Efficient Clean” our cleaning professionals will spot clean any area that needs special attention, for example coffee rings, coffee spill on counter etc. We also empty all the trash receptacles, do a full clean of restrooms, vacuum and flat mop. We do this clean efficiently to give you the level of clean you want and save you money.

“Detailed Clean”

We do everything that we do in the “Efficient Clean” and also clean and disinfect all horizontal surfaces like counters, tables, desks, employee breakrooms including the microwave and sinks, “hot spot areas” like light switches, door handles and other handles, keyboards, mouse, and any other high touch areas specific to your office.

“Full Medical Detailed Clean”

This clean includes our “Efficient Clean”, “Detailed Clean” and adds our HealthSheild electrostatic technology which can be read about in greater detail here www.medsterileclean.com/healthsheild. **Note Med Sterile Clean for the safety of your patients and our cleaning professionals Med Sterile Clean does not clean any medical instruments of any kind and we do not clean up any bio hazard or remove any biohazard waste. **

“Full Deep Clean”

When we first begin with a new facility and client we complete our “Full Deep Clean” which gets us started off on the right foot with your facility. Our “Full Deep Clean” is a head to toe, top to bottom clean. We do not leave any area untouched. This cleaning usually takes anywhere from 4 to 8 times greater than your normal clean depending on your facilities level of dirty. You will be provided with the full details of this cleaning as they pertain to your facility.

“Quarterly Deep Clean”

The secret to our success (it’s a secret don’t tell anyone). We provide every client with a “Quarterly Deep Clean” we do these 4 times per year. It is the same as our “Full Deep Clean” but takes us half to a third of the time because we have been doing such a great job with your cleanings all along. This cleaning covers areas that would not be cost effective for you to have us clean every time and it gives us a chance to always keep your facility at the level of clean you need and deserve.

We make every effort possible to make sure that the same person is always going to the same facilities. We certainly want our employees to build a relationship with our clients. Building this relationship results in trust and satisfaction. However, there are sometimes circumstances that are beyond our control and you may not have the same person. If this happens, please rest assured that the person coming into clean is just as capable as any employee that we have. When we do our quarterly deep cleans we send a new group of employees to your facility to get fresh set of eyes on your clean, so we can make sure no areas are missed.

The staff at Med Sterile Clean undergoes both classroom training as well as on the job training. We make sure that the people we are sending out into the field to complete these jobs have a full knowledge of our products and how to use them. We also have ongoing training to make sure that all of our employees stay up to date on all of our cleaning procedures. One thing to note is that while doing classroom training we provide someone with the mental tools to complete the job. However, as you may know there is no more valuable training then on the job training where a new employee can put those newly learned skills to use.

All employees, regardless of experience level, must go through Basic Training Boot Camp where they learn how we perform each cleaning task. This guarantees consistency and excellence in the quality of cleaning your office will receive from our staff.
After that, Advanced Training takes place at the actual account they will be assigned to in the presence of a Trainer or Supervisor. Any specific situations or tasks needed will be trained at this time creating a unique cleaning experience for your individual office.

We recognize that it’s important to know who’s who in your facility. That’s why each Med Sterile Clean employee is required to wear a Med Sterile Clean uniform and picture ID badge in plain sight.

We all have our own idea of what “clean” is. In the past, if a facility looked and smelled clean, then it was thought to be clean. Even if a facility looks and smells clean, it is not clean until you have killed and removed germs.

Microfiber towels might look like regular towels, but they're not. If you looked at them closely with a microscope, you'd see channels that have the amazing ability to grab and hold dirt, germs, and water. Microfiber is available in many colors. Med Sterile Clean uses specific colors for specific cleaning tasks to prevent cross-contamination.

HEPA stands for High Efficiency Particulate Air. This technology allows the vacuum to help improve air quality by removing dust and allergens from the air. These powerful, yet quiet machines, capture 99.97% of airborne particles as small as .3 microns. Traditional upright or canister vacuums only remove about the half the particles so they leave a lot of dust in the air which settles back on furniture, fixtures, and floors. And since the vacuum is worn on the back it allows for quicker movement and more efficient cleaning.
